Delivery continues through manufacture, installation and commissioning, including factory acceptance testing, site testing and structured handover. Our commissioning teams remain involved through to operational readiness, supporting training and early life operation.

Maintenance and Support

For bridge operators, availability is critical. Unplanned downtime impacts road and waterway traffic, safety and public perception.

FAIRFIELDS provides structured maintenance and support services designed to protect asset performance and extend operational life. This includes planned preventative maintenance, inspections, fault response and 24,7 support, with tailored service agreements aligned to the asset and operating environment.

Where systems allow, we enable secure remote access for diagnostics and support, reducing response times and improving fault resolution, particularly for remote or restricted access sites.

We also support obsolescence management and upgrade planning, helping clients prioritise investment and maintain reliability as systems age.
