We invest in people – Silver Accreditation

We are delighted to announce that Fairfield Engineering Solutions Ltd and Fairfield Control Systems Ltd have both been awarded the “We invest in people – Silver Accreditation” from Investors in People.  Silver is a fantastic achievement, and something achieved by only around 15% of the organisations assessed.  It means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means our people and our leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency and everyone in our businesses feels the effects.
