Fairfields is thrilled to announce our sponsorship of the Kelpies 10 celebration, marking a decade since the iconic sculptures were first unveiled. The event, taking place on 27th April 2024 at Helix Park in Falkirk, promises to be a memorable occasion, bringing together visitors from across Scotland and beyond to commemorate this milestone. 

The Kelpies, designed by Glasgow-based sculptor Andy Scott, are a breathtaking sight, standing 30 meters tall and reflecting Scotland’s rich industrial and cultural heritage. Officially unveiled by HRH Princess Anne on 8th July, 2015, these monumental horse-head sculptures have become a major attraction, with over seven million visitors to Helix Park since their launch. 

Fairfields is honoured to be part of this celebration, supporting a project that has had such a significant impact on the local community and Scotland’s tourism industry.  

The Kelpies 10 celebration will offer something for everyone, with a free daytime event from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm featuring family-friendly activities, followed by an evening concert from 5:00 pm with performances by Callum Beattie and the Red Hot Chilli Pipers. Tickets for the evening concert can be purchased online.
