Michael has over 20 years industry experience. He heads up the Management Team and is responsible for the corporate and legal responsibilities of the company, strategic growth plans and has overall financial control.

With over 15 years industry experience, Oliver leads the Technical Sales Team which is responsible for the production of proposals and quotations to customer specifications and formulating solutions in accordance with client operational requirements. Oliver also leads strategic business development opportunities and contributes extensively to corporate growth plans.

James is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 14 years experience in turnkey multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical and civil projects. These have varied from mechanical and structural refurbishment/new build of bridges, floodgates and materials handling systems, to ventilation and pumping systems of critical assets. James specialises in engineering and contract management and has delivered schemes up to £11m; delivering feasibility, design, planning, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and handover.

Mark is an enthusiastic and dynamic individual having over 25 years of experience within the Fairfield group, formerly as an EICA engineer and latterly moving over to Fairfield Engineering Solutions to act as Pre-contract Manager. Mark is responsible for the production of costings, proposals and quotations to meet customer specifications and formulating solutions in accordance with client operational requirements.

David is a highly experienced individual who has over 20 years of experience working in a Quality, Safety and Environmental Management capacity within the manufacturing sector. He is responsible for all current company management system certifications, safety accreditations and FORS registration.

Sarah joined the company in January 2020.  She is responsible for the administrative function of Fairfield Engineering Solutions, from Procurement to Personnel.

Sarah speaks 3 languages and has over 20 years of Business Administration experience within the Mechanical Engineering sector. Her career to date has included setting up and managing the administrative function of engineering companies in both the UK and overseas.
