We are delighted to announce that Fairfield Control Systems Ltd and Fairfield Engineering Solutions Ltd have both been awarded the ‘We invest in people, silver accreditation’ from Investors in People. Silver is a fantastic achievement and something only around 15% of the organisations assessed achieve. It means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means our people and our leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency and everyone in our businesses are feeling the effects.
