Annual State of the Nation
Staff await Michael's presentation at the State of the Nation meeting
Today was Fairfields annual State of the Nation meeting. All staff came together at Head Office to review the previous years performance, discuss areas for improvement and plans for the coming year and beyond.
With presentations from the Directors and break out sessions to gain input from staff of all levels, it is an opportunity to analyse data, scrutinise performance and plan for future growth as well as learn more about exiting projects and innovations on the horizon.
