Apprenticeships at Fairfields

See how apprentices have helped to grow our business with these two films made for the National Apprenticeship Service which feature 2 of our employees – Emma and Andrew.

Emma recently completed her Higher Apprenticeship programme and is now employed full time at Fairfields as a Design Engineer while she studies for her degree and Andrew is now in his final year of his HND in Electrical Engineering.

Our award winning Apprenticeship programme has been in place more than 15 years. Oliver Mangham (centre) began his career at Fairfields as an Engineering Apprentice over 10 years ago and has now progressed through the business to become our Applications Director. Emma Roberts (left) was named as the ‘Unilever Higher Apprentice of the Year’ in the National Apprenticeship Awards Regional final in 2014. Andrew Stainton (right) is a Year 3 Higher Apprentice and is already in high demand in the Projects Team.
