Employees reach 15 year milestone

Three members of the Fairfields team have reached their 15 years of service so far in 2015. Ben Searson, Joanne Collins and Peter McMorrow each joined in 2000. They were presented with a long service certificate and a gift to commemorate their milestone 15th year.

• Ben joined us as an Apprentice and has worked his way through the ranks to Lead Design Engineer. Ben has worked on iconic projects such as Anderton Boat Lift and Tower Bridge.
• Joanne started as an Administration Assistant and is now the Administration Manager responsible for all aspects of the company accounts and payroll.
• Peter came on board as a Graduate Design Engineer. He soon became a Senior Engineer and gained Chartered Engineer status working on Wimbledon Retractable Centre Court Roof. Peter has been the Engineering Director since 2012.
