- Foster the commitment of all members of staff to improving the environmental impact of the business.
- Promote the refurbishment of client’s systems rather than replacement.
- Support our clients in enabling them to obtain the best performance from their systems.
- Manage our sub-contractors so they comply with our environmental policy.
- Consider the environmental impact of our investment decisions.
- Provide appropriate staff training to deliver this policy.
- Ensuring all employees are competent to carry out their tasks safely through the supply of appropriate training

Environmental Policy
The directors regard the promotion of all aspects of environment policy as being of major importance to the successful operation of the company. The intent is to comply with all relevant environmental legislation and continuously improve the company’s environmental performance.

The company does not have to be registered under the WEEE regulations as it is not deemed to be distributor as it does not supply equipment to consumers and it is not a producer as all products form part of another type of equipment or fixed installation. Stephen Fowles who is supported and advised by Envirowise will continuously monitor our environmental performance.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
The Directors of Fairfield Control Systems Limited regard the promotion and maintenance of all aspects of its Health and Safety Policy as prime objectives for the company and personnel at all levels.
It is therefore the Company's policy to do all that is reasonably practical to prevent personal injury and/or damage to property and to protect everyone from foreseeable work hazards, including the public, in so far as they come into contact with the company, its products or services.
Specifically the Company is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, by the removal, reduction and control of health and safety risks, for all its employees, and others who may be affected by its work endeavours.
